Brick Order forms can be mailed with a check by simply downloading the order form.  Once the form has been completed, you'll mail it to c/o 600 Ferry Street, Metropolis, IL 62960 with your check for $150 made out to Heroes of Massac Endeavors.  

Paying with a credit card?  You can download the form to get your personalization right, and then complete your order form online and pay by credit card here.
